Through some episode analysis and linear thinking, I found a whole new way to watch Dr. Who!
Look at it this way, in Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead, we see River Song killed and put into a computer, and she can't get out of it. So, how did she come back in The Time of Angels/Flesh and Stone? she didn't. The Doctor's and River's time streams are going in opposite directions. For those of you who enjoy The Doctor, watch the following episodes in this order:
A Good Man Goes to War
The Impossible Astronaut
The Day of the Moon
The Pandorica Opens
The Big Bang
The Time of Angels
Flesh and Stone
Silence in the Library
Forest of the Dead
Watching those episodes in top-to-bottom order, you roughly follow River's time stream. The new Who episode, Let's Kill Hitler, somewhat broke the pattern, but as the series progresses, I'll add to this list. Check back often for updates.
