Atm 1 i believe but i still need to find time to cut some logs inbetween my getting 99 construction which striker is getting mad at me cause i cant even get 90 yet

The citadel got locked because not enough members visited it weekly, 5 members must attempt to visit it to unlock it, and 5 members(increasing each citadel tier) must visit it weekly to prevent it from being locked again.

The citadel is still there, however, it is locked until 5 people attempt to enter it in a given week. 5 people will need to enter weekly after it is unlocked to make sure it remains unlocked, but so far, it hasn't gotten unlocked yet.
