Yeah, just another game going F2P. Of course, it's a good game still. STO just recently went F2P. Honestly, it's a very good MMO in my opinion, that's still being updated each week and that hasn't been left in the dust. Since it's gone F2P, I urge you to atleast try it now that there's no monthly fee. Woo!

Edit: If big ships and giant lasers aren't appealing to you... Then you make me a sad VP. :crying:

So is that why the Alienware Arena gave out free STO's with 2 months, a tribble, and an enterprise pack? I got one of those and really liked the game.

If you like flying Star Trek ships and blowing stuff up in space battles, this game is for you.

Played it for a bit awhile back and had a good time.

I was actually rather disappointed with the game having done closed beta, open beta and played for two months after launch. I may pick it back up again once it goes F2P but I feel bad now for all the people who purchased liftetime subs for the game.
