spray error

Ok, so this is the last place im ever going for this problem. I have an error while trying to get a new spray. It says error cannot create temporary file or something like that... its bothering me! please help... i herd that if you change a jpeg into tga and then the tga into vtf you can do it that way... idk, please help! thanks

I have always followed that guide, works fine for me. If i remember right it doesn't have to be a vtf file just has to be placed in the right folder. That being said if you go the vtf route it can be a slight process to get it working. vtf edit is a good tool to used if you want to make the vtf files. There are also some youtube vids on how to do it. Hope this helps you out.
