I've played this mode.
It's fun as hell, though the hosts could potentislly become banned as this is only possible if the host has modified their client.

For those wondering, custom games can be editted to allow a 6v6 match in the Twisted Treeline.
Matches that are 10v10 on Summoners rift do not launch, so don't try joining those, it's a waste of time.

I just played one. If you're completely bored of LoL, it feels like a new playstyle of the game and it's very fun.
