I dont know about you but if I was a pro sports player of any kind I would make sure there was no dirt on me. Good to decent credit, no warrants and a man cave to drool in. Not to mention the 100's and even 1000's of acres to hunt and run around naked in. Can't say much for this guy. He had unpaid traffic tickets and ironically wants to change his name to "Mr.World Peace". Get your ducks inline first before you want to be known as such.

So what's ironic between wanting to have the name Mr. World Peace and having unpaid traffic tickets? Ron Artest has done a pretty good job of turning his image around in these past few years. He has certainly begun to give back to the community and was this year awarded the J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship Award by the NBA.

It's nothing more than show boating just like Chad Johnson when he changed his last name to Ochocinco. It just lends to the idea that athletes can be snobs and idiots and those two don't help the image any. That's why I root for sane teams like the Saints (boo ATL, booo New England) xD
