Name of the movie.. help

hey guys.. its totally random question.. i cant remember the name of the movie, i remember there is a main guy(the murder) he has a mirror/glass sphere instead of his head and he wears like old shaggy cape with a hoody. movie is like in style of The illusionist(with E.Norton) and/or Sherlock Holmes. i cant remember much about the movie but i want to rewatch it again.. anyone has any ideas?
