Hello eGO members!

I play on your heavy metal server quite often. It's always my first choice when available.

I really appreciate how you guys run the server. It's nice to see good sportsmanship and honorable gameplay promoted. It's also really nice and relaxing to play on a server with no racial slurs, cursing, or other abusive language. It keeps me coming back almost daily. :thumbup1:

Lost my cool a bit last night getting rather tired of hearing a few folks incessantly complaining about the team and generally belittling their teammates. Wasn't an eGO member or anything... just got a bit unnerving as I was continuously throwing myself into the meatgrinder for my team :O Not to mention we can't expect everyone to be grade A players... and I've certainly had a lot of fun with a great cooperative squad even if we're losing. I believe the effort is more important than the outcome.

I don't think there's any way to /ignore someone in the textbox... so I will endeavor to look the other way and focus on the game a bit more in the future. It's just sometimes hard to avoid doing --> :chair:

Thanks for the great server and good fun! Whether members or pubbers, I consistently enjoy the company and camaraderie on this server.

Glad to hear that you're enjoying our server! We also have four other servers that can be located by searching for "eGO" in the filter (if you haven't already).

Reylark I too have issues with players degrading their fellow team mates, I have even left ego for a few days,because I thought I could not uphold their standards after going off on one of those people that blamed the team for loosing.
Sad to say but we just have to put up with these people, ignore them, for they do not truly understand the spirit of the game.
Being a former combat marine, I know, that combat is just plain chaos, yes you can have a battle plan, but 9 times out of 10, after the first 30 seconds of engagement, your plan will get thrown out the window, and I guess, these obnoxious players just don't get that.
As i said before just ignore them, stand above them, I lowered myself one time to one,but, I can tell you this, never again, why?, because I am better than that, and I know you are too, I must show it now though being an =(e)=
