Dont get me wrong, i have heard of Valve weapons, and Community weapons but this is something else.
I came across this in a server. Anyone ever heard of "Customized?" What does it mean?

[dy1an]

Some servers give you unusual effects and painted hats for donating that are only visible on their servers, could be the same type of thing here

[Nik :D]

I heard if you work for a game developing studio and your game has a promo hat in TF2, then the developers who play TF2 get the customized version of it.

Don't hold me up to this though.

[hEY]

I'd go with dy1an on this one, since it does happen. And i've seen the customized text on a special dodgeball flamethrower on one of the dodgeball servers.

[Mobilize]

After google research and to the extent of my knowledge, err, it's basically a mod-customized weapon.

Altered stats, model, a brand-new weapon and so on, gets the "customized" stat
/* lol, err, they could give mod-customized weapons/hats to players who donated though. So yeah */

[Brandon]

ah, see once more Mobilize outsmarts all. eat it dy1an!
