Who's going to play BF2 ?

I am going to play BF2 for a while. I would like to know who else is going to play? I know some of the clan members have already commited to play BF3. BF2 players if you would please add your name to this post, so we can gather a core group for our servers. Thanks in advance Swamp :thumbup:

A good game is a good game man, doesn't matter when it came out! Sometimes I install Call of Duty 2 to play the single player cause I love that stuff. =D

Knowing Swamp for as long as I have(4-5 years) I believe he is talking about BC2, one reason is he mentioned OUR servers, to my knowledge ego doesn't have a BF2 server, so with this in mind, I am 99% sure he is talking BC2.
On a side note, yes we still play BF2, hell I can go farther than that I still play BF veitnam, and BF 1942

Ah, ok. I thought you meant BC2 when you said "so we can gather a core group for our servers." I stopped playing BF2 because the ranked servers just didn't do it for me anymore and were just filled with stat whores and people that have played a million hours and just pwn everyone. I do have some favorite mods for BF2, but there aren't many people playing them.

Also, BC2 has ruined the other BF games for me, with it's beautiful graphics and destructible environment. There's just something unsatisfying in firing a tank round at a building and someone can prone on the other side of the wall and not be killed. I did start with BF1942 and did the expansions, BFV and BF2142 also.

That Normandy invasion man. You simply cannot play that game and not have that awesome reenactment burned into your head.

I never liked PR. I played Forgotten Hope, US Intervention, Operation Peacekeeper and Point of Existence.

Considering I can't run BF3 untill I upgrade which will be in June-July next year I will be playing BC2 for a while.

If you can run BC2, you can run BF3.

Gross hatew to say this but your wrong BF3 is DX10, anyone using windows xp can not run BF3, as it is DX9.c, though other than that you are correct
