PC issues

[Silent_Predator]

I will be AFK for hopefully a short time. I installed a new CPU cooler, a CoolerMaster N520. Now, at BIOS startup it sees none of My HDDs or Optical drives. This 1 has me baffled. Anyway.. I'll be in and out of the forums to keep up with current events, but will not be in game.

I have a post up in tech help if you may have any ides to a fix for this situation.

well, I found the problem. I must of had a power surge that blew all the drives. Every printed circuit board on the drives has a burned cap.

I swapped in a drive from an old Gateway.. so I will be back soon. I need to pickup a new LAN card, as that fried to.

I have to admit.. I am loving this new cpu cooler.. dropped my cpu temps by 30c
