We need to get something straight on the the conquest uncap rule. We have some admins saying it is alright to steal vehicles, others are saying you can not go into uncaps at all.
I just endeared what I have to call a mongolian cluster f*** on heavy metal due to this issue, with e's to O's saying two different things while in game, this does not look good folks.
I for one am no longer sure what the heck the rule is, and fully intend to spend my night trying to figure it out.
Next this issue, once it is figured out needs to be put into the server messages, so that all will be able to read it for themselves, and maybe the admins...ie..the e's to O's will get this issue under toe.

I know this was under review recently but if a decision was reached I haven't heard anything about it. Soooo....

Rule change posted. We were waiting on the post to be made but some of us told admins what the new rule was before that hence the confusion.
