Who liked Battlelog?

Battlelog has some nice features. The community/stat tracking is a nice addition...but for actually searching/joining a server, I prefer the traditional system.

I like to think of battlelog as a system for statistics like Statsverse or something like that. I don't however like the idea of it launching the game, it feels weird to actually launch a game from a web browser.

Stats and community following like facebook = great
Squads and server joining = bad

I think it's great. I particularly like launching the game from it. The idea that you can form a party with your friends, and join a server as a group is a great feature, as is the ability to select any of your friends and join the server they are on with the click of a button. The built-in voice function, which allows you to chat before joining a server, and during the game, is fantastic, especially if you enjoy smack-talking your friends while you're killing them in-game. No voice server software to download and set up.

I'm enjoying it. I think it's a neat system. Haven't had a problem with it.

It's good for stats and leveling, but would prefer in game controls for choosing servers and such.

You make some good points, and I actually do like battlelog. I think its nice that you dont have to rush into the game to quickly try and join a server since once battlog connects you, you are connected.

What bothers me is that currently battlelog is the only way to do squad selection, plus, I would like it more if I had the option to use battlelog both in browser and in game.

Some of the fixes say that the squad management should allow switching after final comes out, don't quote me on it, I've been doing some research while sitting in this quite corridor waiting for class, lol...., and they have a list of fixes here...

I personally like the battle log it's new and it has that new browser feel. I personally think as soon as the game releases everyone will either have a change in mind or something will be different in opinion means....
