I can't connect to servers

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this.

I can't seem to connect to any servers, eGO or otherwise.

The load bar will stick at "Connecting to server".
After 30 seconds it says "Connection failed after 4 retries"

I've tried restarting steam and my CPU and nothing works. My internet is also fine.

Can anyone help?

Does the regular internet work? Is it just css that refuses to connect or other programs as well?
