They really came to win this time, dint even let us hold onto B for more than 20 sec, will need to train better and come back stronger next time.
 
I think we learned a much needed lesson in humility.

What were your thoughts on having "squad leaders" during the scrim?
 
It's always better to have established leadership. Having every single person throw in their two cents every five minutes is confusing. Someone with good strategic know-how and leadership skills should always direct the squad and team.

Every 5 minutes? there is constantly somebody saying something...usually the same thing more than once.

They practice, we don't....our scrim record against them still speaks volumes lol.
 
Wish I could have been there with you guys =(. Nice try though guys. Gives them a little incentive to keep scrimming us ;)
 
This was my first scrim.... I did have a great time spending it with my other clan brothers. :thumbup: I will get to know everybodys voice before to long. Sorry for any mix ups or confusion on my part. Good Job goes out to Slaz, Gizmo, Killer , Hendu, i know i missed some of your names, but not intentionally. I am the older guy so i dont remember so well. :)

I think it was a great idea, but we implemented it too late so we could not really take advantage of it. I vote for having a pre scrim practice session if that works for everyone.
 
I wasn't there. Whats this squad leader thing?
 
PBJ, Basically, an Advisor in each squad giving the orders for their respective squad. I think that is the way to go that way there is one person with the final say-so. Easier to coordinate that way.

Pre-scrim practices are probably a good idea. Get everyone on an hr before the match, lock a server, squad up and get a game plan. Perhaps even one day before hand, set that up and have 2 squads vs 2 squads.

This would have to be mandatory if/when we ever decide to acutally compete.
