Forgot Password to Steam!!

Alright, so as you know, i posted another thread about my mic not working only on steam and css. I reinstalled it which means i uninstalled steam and then installed it again to see if my mic works then. And now, i forgot my password. And his e-mail is on my steam account! I dont have any way of contacting him anymore because he doesnt play css now! i dont know his email or his email password. i cant logg into css now. and if i make a new account, i will have to reset all my points and rejoin ego! and well ofc my freinds list is bye bye... how can i get back my password? or is there no way to get it back? please please help me! and i think i know my user... not sure if it is right because i typed in my username and it said no usernames found! :cursing: help!!!!!
