By judgeing all DICE being using for all their games sound like they been updating their own engine or bring out new engine with new games.

i know most of you did play bf2 before or start on BC2 whatever you start on you should be welcome to Battlefield anyways cause DICE is awesome Dev team i know and listen to people

Wow great job putting all this together. I started on 1942, which was a fantastic game; haha I still play it occasionally. The transformation from that to BC2 to BF3 is simply amazing. The way DICE's game engines evolved throughout the series is astounding. The best part is that the Battlefield games will continue to get better and better!

I started out in BF2, and that is still where my love is--especially to modders who encourage that experience like the Project Reality team. Props for making this little timeline.
