Mic Not working in A sertain CS:S server

Not sure what it is. Mic works fine in eGO servers and in Vent but not in a sertain server i play in to play with my friend from back west.

anyone have an idea of what might fix this??

As in the server itself or while playing in that server, your mic doesn't work across vent?

The server itself. I can have vent in the background and use vent and it works in vent but if i try to speak through the server it does not work.

Confirm that mic isn't disabled in your server?

It is not disabled because there are like 12 different other people talking in the server and my friends mic works fine in the server but mine does not.
