Well there are supposed to be fully automatic pistols in BF3 (possibly the Glock is included). I don't know why, but pistols excite me--a lot.

You make it seem like that is a bad piece of weaponry when it is an awesome modification for a pistol. I still enjoy semi-automatics, especially the Beretta m9, but machine pistols provide advantages and disadvantages compared to relative handguns and to the user of that weapon. Now if DICE decided to implement gun jamming and muzzle damage to the game, machine guns would most likely be one of the top guns to wear out the fastest and become the most annoying of all.
