The Walking Dead: Season 2 Extravaganza

this season is going to top last I think, from what I hear is it gets crazy if they go by the comics. Was a good end to the first episode keep you guessing if the kid dies from the gun shot. Was a good episode all around kind of slow at points but reminded me a lot of the beginning "Dark Carnival" campaign in Left 4 Dead 2.
 
Ok is it just me? Did AMC cut out for anyone at the part where Shane opened the door of the cop car? (It's been aired so it's fair game)

ANYWHO, Episode 2 was better than last weeks episode I feel. AMC you never fail to amaze me :)
 
I think this weeks ep was boring. The last 10 minutes was the only good part when they went to get the supplies

When he pops the trunk to the cop car? I saw him open the door if so.

But any how. I liked this weeks episode. It was a bit slow but was building a good story for up incoming events.

This is not one of those fast pace all action shows. This one has story and drama which a lot of shows lack now a days.
 
Could someone tell me why shane shaved his head? was it cuz he's balding or something?
 
Because the guy he shot ripped out a patch of his hair so he shaved his entire head so no one would see it and ask questions.
 
Absolutely love the series. Been watching from day one but this last episode got me pissed with Shane. I hope he gets it real good for what he done to Otis That was a bunch of bull. Other than that it was good.

No.

It is the spot where Ottis pulled out (or shot missed) his hair/head, When Shane left him for dead after wounding him in the leg so he could get away.

I like how the story is progressing now and how Shane is going down a darker path now with his actions.
 
Shane is not a beast. What he did was messed up. I'm still shocked at what he did. He is going to end up getting killed by his own people

He did what he had to do to survive and help those he cares about survive.

He showed that he won't let anything, or anyone stand in the way of that
 
I realize what he did helped save the boy, but he is just going to keep doing that i mean its not all about him. It shows that he only cares about himself. He could have just let the other guy go while he takes the bait, but no he shot him and made him die.

I would not give myself up for a guy who I know nothing about and is the reason that I have to risk my life to get the medicine and supplies for.
 
While the purpose of what he did was obvious, the real point that the scene was trying to make was to show Shane delving deeper into this dark character that we've seen developing since the attempted rape of Lori. It will be interesting to see how it is progressed further and the eventual climax of his "dark side".
 
Fat guy deserved what shane did. Why would you even kill the deer? I mean come on it's probally one of the last living animals, and Your Hunting?! COME on.
 
maybe to eat the deer? They probably haven't had any meat in a long time. or he was just bored and went hunting

And whatever blackhawk. I have a different view on the situation. I realize that he didn't know the guy, but it was still messed up.

Why would the deer have been one of the last? I know the zombies are eating everything they catch, but a deer?


Just curious as to how you reached that conclusion.

Have you ever tried to chase a deer on foot? If humans can out run the zombies I think the deer could too.
