I really like his interaction between him and nocturne, although I really think it should of been with TF.

His Q is a watered down version of Ashe's old incredibly overpowered Volley, where targets could be hit by more than one arrow, basically shooting nine or so arrows into melee characters each doing auto attack + volley base damage.
