So did anyone get to see paranormal activity 3 yet or gonna watch it i saw it in the mid night release and i thought it was pretty cool

Didn't see it, saw Lion King 3d instead. Sister saw it, said it sucked.

My sister saw the first 2 and thought they were "Ehh" .. she saw the 3rd one last night and said it freaked her out.

What are they doing? Making one every year till the franchise is milked for every last dollar the studios can get?

Saw the first one. It was meh. But kind of unique for what it tried to do.

Yeah the first one was made on a budget of less then 20k... But the last two... I doubt that it cost that low for them to produce it now...

They have pretty low budgest, usually coming in at a million bucks or so. But they make a ton, so the investment is sound. It's the way to go for horror films these days.

Look at The Last Exorcism; budget of $1.8 million, return of $67.7 million. You'd have to be stupid not to get on that boat. The second PA, had a budget of $3 million and brought in $177 million. I mean holy crap.

Idk why, but that made me lol. PA2 was okay, not sure when I'll see PA3.

I couldn't imagine why. Even though its rated G The Lion King is still a great movie. Not only that but the 3d effects were much better than expected and they remastered the sound.

I saw it for the Nostalgia factor and the fact that I love animation.

Saw the first one, awful, won't watch any more.

My thoughts exactly, My girlfriend and I seen the first one after everyone kept saying how scary it was, and both of us were disappointed that we wasted the 9 bucks each to see it.

Wasn't scary at all, we havent watched any but the first one we chose not to waste our money.

Damn. I guess rolling out B rate horror movies really pays off now a days.
