I can't last the loading screen without dropping connection! HELP!

I get into a server for about 20 seconds then it disconnects me and says 'error' on my game manager...I bought this game 5 hours ago and have still yet to play a minute of actual game play...what a joke.

Install punkbuster manually from the game directory using pbsvc.exe and it will work.

Although, i tried this morning and it keeps doing it....
