Multiple Server Restarts - BF3

So whats up with this? There's been multiple restarts over the last few days.

Additionally, would it be possible to change the map rotation so Caspian boarder isn't the first map? It's very painful to try and re-populate the server and to play that map with less than 30-40 people. There's several smaller maps that can be played while trying to populate the maps.

Small glitches and bugs. It's going to continue happening over the past few days, if BC2 was any indication.

Caspian Border is not the first map. The first map in the rotation is Grand Bazaar.

Interesting. Yet it always seems to start on Caspian.
