I NEVER get promoted!

Just pour yourself into eGO and you'll get promoted quickly. Sure, some people get recognized faster than others and its arguable why, but the main point is that if you try hard enough, eventually it will pay off.

Hang in there, have fun, and promote fun! That's my suggestion. :)
 
This is ridiculous! I've been here for over 3 years and I've done all those things, and I'm still an e?!

Oh wait.
 
Hmmm well I've been an "e" since April when I joined and I haven't been promoted, but I do spend most of my time on Blackmesa......according to the list that might not be advantagous to me. :P Ah well; I just got myself a mic and installed Ventrilo, so that might help me!

You also need to be active on the forums and get to know people!

I suggest the DarthBox for starters.

Haha, nice list. I'm not in a hurry to get promoted, but that was entertaining to read. I like being an e and just having fun. :3

But I do plan on hanging out in Ventrilo... as soon as I can get over my mic-shyness. Hehe.

Nah, but seriously, I'm gonna make an effort to talk! Sometime by the end of this year anyway.

Well, Darth was promoted to eG, twice. As was Toilet Pastries. I spent like a year as an e, 7 months as G, 6 as O, 3 as Advisor, and 1 as DL. At this rate I fully expect to become Council...for all of 3 seconds.

/oh the banning I could do in those 3 seconds

Shhh!:P BTW what would I have to do to get my shiny G back? Trykael (when he was still here)told me I had to go on vent & talk to a DL,but I don't have ventrillo installed :(

Oh Toilet Pastries, He recruited me back in the day, and I was an O for 11 months before I got to be an advisor, got ya beat. :)
