Audacity setup

So I need help setting up audacity with my turntables so i can record music for upcomin sets. Anyone that knows how to use the program please feel free to post in here or hit me up in PM for further instructions. My setup is a lil weird, so have a lil patience w/ me.

So you want to record music off the output of the turntable?

I would be inclined to say:

turntable-->reciever-->headphone out-->mic in on computer
