Since we have have a recruiting drive upon us, I am posting a handy dandy easy way to recruit people which won't take away from your gaming!
This is a broken down, easy 9 step process (more like three).
1. Find the player
2. Add the player
3. Invite the player
But lets go through the whole proccess;
Step 1: Find your eGO server of choice!
Step 2: Play the game, keep an eye out for players that show edge-gamers like characteristics and standards
Step 3: When you are out of game, taking a break, looking at stats or what not. Find the player on Battlelog, you can easily do this through your previous games, or search for their gamer name.
Step 4: Now add the player
Step 5: Talk to the player, and invite them to our clan
Step 6: Answer any questions, and explain further about what we are as a community
Step 7: When they except your offer, seal the deal by providing the link to our site
Step 8: Answer any questions and make sure they post their thread in the PSC and more than likely they will be accepted.
Step 9: Finish and wrap things up by congratulating them and invite them into ventrillo, by doing this we will retain more recruits.
And there you have it, another recruit, a little closer to winning the contest!
Recruiting doesn't get much easier than this, so have fun with it!
