Hey, i've been coding in HTML for about 5 months and know quite a few tricks when it comes to Javascript, PHP, CSS,ect. but its always been oblivious to me how the people here, and those who made the TuneGO Radio site made their drop down menus. I have yet to figure out how to make a legitly working dropdown menu thats animated like that. Many Tutorials on google have led me 1 step forward and 2 steps back constantly. Anyone that has seen the code, or knows how it works, i'd love it if you shared this little bit of info. Also i Completely understand if you can't share the code too.
 
It's probably just a built in feature with vBulletin 3.8. I could be wrong though.
 
It's simple. You know, learn javascript. Throw some jquery and easing in there.

You can also use suckerfish.
 
i can prolly help you out a bit with that, i been going into jQuery a bit.
 
I read the title and thought something completely different.

Just learn how to handle events in JavaScript.
 
Yep it's JS. You can accomplish the same thing with Flash, but IMO it's bulkier and possibly harder on the server. (don't know.. never tested the two)

They used superfish. If you view their page source code you can see it all right there. :)

It'd prob be a much bigger file size, and wouldnt work as fluently as JS
 
yeah JQuery was never my strong point. i never learned anything about it, only heard a little and that was hearing not learning. :| guess i need some research. thanks guys!
