Lag issues

So, the past few days, I have been experiencing a lot of lag, and it's not just me. All three computers connected to the internet here have been having lag. I have tried resetting the router, but no success. In the CS:S Italy server, my ping jumps from about 80 - 250. Most of the time, I average around the 100s. Here is some info.

We have Consolidated Internet (a local company) and we have a max of 6 MB/s DL speed. I can post more info if needed. Please help us overcome this lag! Thanks in advance.

Have you checked your net graph in CS to check for ping/choke/loss. Have you tried a tracert to see if there is router/point along the way to a server that is down or really slow. I have had to point that out to my ISP before.

This is what I found. This is the trace route to the CS server.

Well, I called up my ISP and hopefully it will be fixed. It was confirmed that it was a problem on their end because our download speeds are fine, but there is a high latency issue somewhere. Will keep y'all updated.
