Bsod

while playing on co-op with a friend in bf3, i got a bsod and the error was QUOTA_UNDERFLOW this was the first time iv'e ever seen this, can anyone help me out?

You may want to run a quick CHKDSK on your drive(s). The error seems to be related to quotas, but not specific to them.

did CHKDSK and everything was fine, hasnt done it since... i think its just a fluke thing..but ive never seen that before so i asked...if it comes up again what do i do? step by step directions maybe?...lol

most bluescreens are just something that went wrong with the hardware. Mosts blue screens are bound to your ram memory. Frequent occuring BSODs are probably a broken RAM module. Run memtest (if it re occurs like everytime you reboot, ...) to check memory.

If it's 1 blue screen, your fine. Pc's are just stupid. Errors happen alot and when they do, it's very annoying.

Also, when i had my series of blue screens (Everytime i booted my PC i had like 3-10 blue screens before it could stabily run. Formatting didn't help, changing ram didn't help, etc etc long story), ronpaul helped me alot. He told me to send him the dump files so he could read them and see what was exactly wrong.
