Do you think divisions should advertise their events through steam groups?

By far the best notification system that I have found is just being in Vent. I can't believe that more people don't use it.

I think that it would be cool to have the eGO Calendar have subscribable Divisions or something. This way I could get an email notification (like I do with my personal google calendar). I, for instance, would subscribe to World of Tanks' events. Steam groups works fine for Steam games, but we have so many non-Steam games that there needs to be an alternative method.

I say no, because nearly all the events are and always will be impossible for me to attend due to timezones and I'd rather not have spam that makes me jealous of all those who are able to attend D:

More than the steam group, I think the tf2 division should start updating their "Upcoming Event Info" page. hasn't been touched since May.
