Requesting tech help

I have made some Macro's for Battlefield Bad Company 2, to help with many of the frequently used admin commands. I have tried with out much success in getting the commands to work in game. it's most likley operator error or something very simple. I am hoping one of our computer tech's can help. What is the server's administration software? Punkbusters?
