Why not, it's a mediocre bird. If you want to eat fowl then cook a duck or something for Thanksgiving.

Heck, if it wasn't for Thanksgiving I'd never eat turkey in giant-chicken form. Hmmmm Thanksgiving T-bone steak and lobster tail doesn't sound bad either.

Also, unless you know how to cook duck..Don't. It will be over cooked and make you not ever want to eat it again. If it is cooked right, it rocks!
