Well, some people may not be on for Thanksgiving. Lots of people will be traveling, So it's a nice way to be sure everybody gets thier Holiday greeting. Thanksgiving is two days away, we start cooking up a storm tonight, lots of fresh baked pies to start and lots of prep side dishes. I will be Marinading 25 pound Turkey ( He stays in the marinade for 24 hours ) starting tomorrow & Cooking a big ham as well. I may well be considered old fashioned, but it's something i have been doing for many years. Swamp :thumbup:
