I like it but, it needs larger variety of music. Hopefully, the addition of more DJs will bring that.

Other than that, awesome job putting it together!

+1 I know that if there was a larger variety, I would be listening more often! And yes, also awesome job for everyone involved!
 
They play bad dubstep music and Justin Bieber, which is why a lot of people in the servers that I am in barely listen to the raido anymore.

This. As mention, more DJ's are being added that will add variety ranging fro rock to country to rap to pop to techno and everything in between.
 
I personally don't like it cause of the type of music they play and ones people request. Especially when i can just turn on itunes and listen to my own good music
 
only quip I have is the spam pm's in vent that I was getting for a couple of days. Seems to have stopped, however. Also, the tunegobot in the shout box should brush up on its grammar.

The team seems to be doing a fine job overall.

I love the internet radio thing, and I think the team has done a super job so far. This is a huge project, and they've done amazing things with it. I'm excited to see where it will go.

That said, I'm really looking forward to more variety - right now, it's pretty monotonous. I can tune in, and if I listen for more than a couple hours, it starts repeating itself - not just same artist or style, but same song.

When the new DJs come on, will we get a greater mix of styles and genres in the non-DJ'ed times as well? I understand that each DJ will play his own stuff, but what about the in-between times?
 
Justin Bieber and lady gaga tracks happen to be in the top 40 in the us and the UK.
there has to be a reason for that normally its because there records have sold a set amount of tracks hence the market for this kind of music.

There are not a huge number of either artists tracks in the database so the odd one coming on is not a real issue really.

every member probably has an artist / group they don't like that doesn't mean we should remove them so that others can not enjoy them.

and once the live dj's go on air there will be set shows playing set music then people will know to tune in to a specific show to hear the music they like.

please do not judge or knock the radio until you have given it a chance.
and this will only happen when the dj's go live.
The radio team is working hard to make this happen.

to much techno for my taste. Hope that more classic rock and other stuff is added. To much justin for me also
