Alienware Tournament

Need 4 more players for tonight's game. The game is not confirmed yet but I am working on it.
 
Ok so while in the match tonight Vent use was complete chaos.

Pls have the self dissapline to not rage about how you are getting rolled. All you are doing is bringing other peoples' moods down and it jams up the communication by not letting people direct movements.

It wasn't just one person it was probubly more than half of players and of all ranks.

instead of "OMG HOW DOES HE SEE ME THREW SMOKE, OR OMG HOW DOES HE KILL ME THREW WALLS, WHA WAH WAH WAH WAH" try " there are 2 camping ticket booth, or they're pushing out locker hallway" ETC. And watch the improvement of how the team is playing.

I realize this is a game but while competeing players should be in a mindset to act somewhat professionaly and sportsmen like.

These teams are not going to let us win, we have to work together, practace together and play like you want to win. pubbing around the map solo and yelling in vent isnt going to solve anything. moan all you want, just don't key up vent.

Very good post and I was realizing this while listening in on some matches. Everyone is new to competitive play in eGO or most anyways.

When working in a squad only speak about enemy locations, during matches we do not need opinions, questions, or rage. This needs to be toned down during matches. Rage all you want and have your own opinions after the match, during the match do not hit your push to talk button unless it is to make the team aware of enemy movement.

You do not hear Special forces or military forces in the middle of a battle go oh man how did that guy hit me through smoke?

Just wondering... how can the alienware people tell if any flashlights were used or not?

Good game Squad B. I really enjoyed playing with and leading you. We'll get them next time, and I think its safe to say EA messed us up multiple times. On top of that, remember they are a team that most likely practices; we're just a group of guys getting into the competitive scene.
 
Outstanding communication and it seems everyone is starting to get a grasp on the matches and practice. I look forward to spending time with you gents once my work slows down.

Scheduled Saturday December 10, @ 6PM PST | 7PM MST | 8PM CST | 9PM EST.

Your attendance is not mandatory, the meeting is just an informal get together to voice your opinions and suggestions about the current tournament and ideas about how to improve the tournament and management.

You are welcome to attend, there is no time limit, the meeting lasts as long as you want to stay for.
 
I already know I will not be able to make it, sorry. But if you happen to be able to record it/put up a summary that would be great. Sorry, again, for missing it.

today's game is at 4PM CST, so I need everyone to be on my 2PM CST for practice.
 
Squad B will be playing against C during practice if our players can get in there. I doubt all of us will be there though.
 
Good luck on todays match...Sorry that i am not available to fill in as a sub. Doing work around the house and finally putting up the xmas tree.

Great job guys. I was just looking at the standings. We are the 30th ranked team. Keep it up and we might find eGO in the invitational.
 
The roster is currently being updated, please check the new updated roster.

Squad B has been disbanded and the members have been split among the other squads. All squads will now have team names, please decide among yourselves for a team name.

Here is how the teams will work, if you continually miss matches or practice you will be moved to the bench and be considered a substitute. If you start showing up and committing yourself to the team you will be moved to an open team that will become an official team once eight players willing to participate start showing up.

All of this will be explained in 2 hours at the pow wow.
