Well if you have been wondering at all, and I suspect some of you didn't even realize I've been away... or... maybe some of you have been celebrating the fact... :thumbup:
I've been in pre-deployment workups (yes, I'm Military) for the better part of 4 months and the time for departure is closing rapidly. When I can I jump on and play some. I tried to dedicate myself to the latest Realism round, but the wife put a strong arm hold on my gaming. I can't blame her at all, as I'll be gone for almost a year, and she'll have to tke care of herself, the kids, the dog and the house without me.
If I don't speak with any of you tomorrow... Happy Thanksgiving... And... if I don't speak to you before Christmas... I wish each and every one and your families a Happy Holiday season, and a Happy New Year.
I'm going off to fight pirates, boredom and hopefully find a drunk female midget who will let me take photos of us in immature poses, but fully clothed of course as I am a married man.
I fly out within days of Christmas, and I'm taking a week or two off work between now and then, so I may get some gaming in, but for the most part I find myself playing single player games as I can easily pause them at anytime. Don't think I've lost my way, as I am a die hard DoD:S player at heart.
