Chat doesn't work. Whatever i type out nothing appears. Others can't see what i type out either... only whispers work.

I'm a lvl 9 jedi consular and i'm suppose to make my way to coruscant.. but i can't find the damn shuttle to curuscant because theres no waypoint on the map.

The game is set to launch 2-3 weeks from now.. They've been beta testing it for a long time now.......

Please remember this is the largest beta test they have operated yet. Things are breaking.
They will be fixed.

Also, after every quest there is a survey about the quest. If you ever figure out how to get to the shuttle, fill out the survey and let Bioware know that it's pretty tough trying to find it.

Please also remember that TomTom and the quest helping addons for WoW were addons. They were maintained by the community. Blizzard didn't implement a feature like them until way after launch.

If the quest helping feature is not 100% functional on launch, don't worry about it. Use your brain for quests. Novel idea isn't it?

We're not talking about rocket science.... We're talking about text not showing up at all after being typed in the chatbox.

The game is set to come out already................................and the simplest feature (the chatbox) isn't functioning properly? It may be beta but i'm pretty sure the beta testing has been going on for ages now. You would think that something as obvious and as simple as the chat box would have been dealt with in early stages of the game just like any other game.

No chatbox...means no groups/group instances.

No chatbox...means no questions/answers/help.

No chatbox...means time wasted.

No chatbox...no mmo.

May need to type /1 the first time you type something the default is the Say command which is nigh useless. Typing /1 will get you to general chat.

It doesn't appear to be a wide spread issue and could be your own UI faulting. Don't blow things out of proportion. Let them know so things like this don't happen come actual release.

Quite a few people hae been reporting the issue, try changing your graphics settings. If you get it to work, let BioWare know what you did and the issue to fix. If you can't get it to work, let BioWare know and give them your computer specs.

Remember Beta Tests are made to find bugs, because you play it now, it makes you a beta tester, be a good one and give proper feedback not rage.

Also from a developer standpoint 2 weeks is a lot of time to fix bugs. I mean while I was playing today I saw bugs get fixed. It is a good game, they just have to polish it.

It is a small bug that you are encountering. Don't make a rash decision and hate the game because of one small yet annoying bug. I know it's frustrating, but it will be fixed.

Yup i've been giving them a ton of positive feedback and answering every single question to the fullest even though i might not be playing the retail version of the game.

Any time you're having UI issues, CTRL + U once or twice will reload the UI. Give it a minute between pushes.
