My current plan has me going Imperial Agent Sniper, because i think it will be a high damage, pve friendly class. My main goal of course being raiding up the waazooo. Not to mention i could camp in PvP and annoy people.

That being said, there is always a chance I might try something new. I tanked in WoW, so i don't feel like doing that again. DPS is always fun, but i might find healing interesting too. Didnt like healing in WoW, but it might be different in SWTOR

I didn't play the agent for very long but did the sniper spec ever actually have long range? While I was on it the snipe ability was the exact same range as the basic attack for them, which wasn't too far in the first place for me.

Definitely starting on an Empire sorcerer, gotta go to the dark side.

But as there appears to be a dearth of dps and healers, I did like the Bounty Hunter so I will probably build a tank, provided there some bitchin' healers. That and it's a PvP server, and I'm not exactly known for my PvP prowess, and as a tank I might last more then 10 seconds.

Its one of the classes I have tried out during beta and is thus far my favorite.
