Everquest 2 is full F2P

Anyone going to pick it up? I've always liked EQ2, but my sched keeps me from really liking the idea of subbing to an MMO. But now I don't have to!

Think I played the free-trial a couple times, might download it again and try it out fully this time around.

Is it completely F2P, or is it content locked f2p? I understand it will have a freemium store like all the rest, but i'm curious if all the content is available to everyone without paying for features or quests, etc...

Right off the bat, some races and classes are locked behind money, which you buy in threes I think. Fortunately, both my characters from before the F2P helped me bypass that. If you've ever made a character before 12/06/2011, it'll be grandfather'd in without you having to pay for the rights to use it like a brand new F2P player.

The last two expansions, of which one launched with the F2P transition, are behind money as well.

There's lots of mounts in the shop that I'm eyeballing right now. All of the ground based mounts can be used at level 1.
