I really dont agree with this spreadsheet at all, even though, alot of people go with these prices, a item is surely worth, what the buyer + seller agree upon. If you agree too sell a 10 ref item for 11 refined, thats all the sellers choice! And if there is someone willing too pay that, they will.

that spreadsheet is a decent reference BUT always go to tf2tp.com and search for the item. You'll see what people are selling it for. If you read in properly, you can see the upper price that people are trying to sell for, the lower price that people are trying to quickly sell for, the price buyers are trying to buy for, and also how the price is decreasing or increasing.
