Anyone know the original source?

So, I found this GIF on the interwebs of a clip from Blue's Clues. Can anyone name specifically what episode/special it's from?

I know it may sound silly, but I want context to this ridiculous dance.

Sorry, can't help you. But oh damn, that was a good programme when I was little.. When I was really young my older brother would sit and watch it with me and tell my mum he was just looking after me but he was actually just watching it.
