Landing Helicopters on Towers and Antenna in BF3

I have been landing the helicopters on the towers and the antenna in the BF3 conquest maps and I have to say that they make a nice gunning platform and a nice place to drop off a squad member with a SOFLAM.

I could never get the Blackhawk to sit still on top of the turbines. :-/

You can do it by having them at a really weird angle with the back end against the blades of the windmill. The chopper with jump around a bit before settling down into place and it's a 50/50. Only way we were ever able to accomplish it.

Assuming the windmill landing zone is "x" and your chopper is a line, you want the angle to be between 45 and 60 degrees.
