Oh used PS with it.
Just the brush tool.
Same with this.

Rusty on my brush work... Need to practice more.

Animating in Photoshop is pretty easy. Thats what I use! :3

lazy. I personally prefer the smoothest animation possible even if it takes a ridiculous amount of frames.

No, not lazyness. You can't have an excessive amount of frames for a spray. So it HAS to be as little frames as you can. And if you say that, why not show off some of YOUR animations then?

Eh the number of frames doesn't bother me so much as the way they're animated.

They're animated pretty brilliantly actually, so I suppose that compensates for the number of frames.
