Hey guys,
So we are all gearing up for Star Wars: The Old Republic release in a week.. and for a lot of us only a few more hours!
I had few things I wanted to bring up before everyone is too involved in the game to even use the bathroom let alone the forums.
As you all know the Star Wars leadership consists of,
SgtBeavis -- eGO Republic - Guild Leader
Zeak(DK) -- eGO Empire - temporary Guild Leader - Axe parties
Medviah -- eGO Empire - Raiding Coordinator
SapphireBunny -- eGO Republic - Raiding Coordinator
!Epic Fail! -- eGO Republic/Empire - Event Coordinator
granola bar -- eGO Empire - Recruiting Advisor
We have all been working hard to try to have both guilds set up and organised so that we are ready to go to go. Hopefully we will be able to meet your expectations. If there are any issues or suggestions on how things are being run please do not hesitate to talk to anyone of us in vent or send us a pm on the forums or steam.
As of right now the two guilds are:
eGO Empire with 88 members
and
eGO Republic with 67 members
Both are respectable sizes but we can always use more members. If you find yourself playing with another player through questing, running a flashpoint, pvping or just talking in chat that you think would be a good fit the let them know a bit about us, direct them to our website and see if they're wanting to give us a shot. We are encouraging recruiting, as we always will be, but we are not pushing it. Only recruit if you are wanting to and don't do it at the expense of your enjoyment to the game.
As we continue to grow and mature into guilds that can support raiding, pvp and other events we will be turning to our officers to provide extra help in organising and running these along with recruiting. There will only be a few officers designated, people who we feel are the best fit for the role.
To finish off, be aware that we are working as hard as we can to keep everyone happy. With the holidays coming and school finishing a lot of people, leadership included, will be unable to be around regularly. So bear with us, let us know if you have any issues and we'll help out as soon as we can. Otherwise, enjoy the game, have fun and may the force be with you!
