I just thought I would throw this out there. I am a service tech on copiers, faxes and printers. If I can help anyone out with advice or tech support, just let me know. I have been servicing since 1987. Stop laughing. I know that a lot of you were not even born then. Remember, with age comes experience. If you laugh, I will find you in DOD. I have been gaming since pong. (For you young ones, that was my first console.)
