EA support SUCKS

So earlier today i contacted EA support to get information changed on my account and i had to wait 200 minutes to get into a live support chat where the guy was afk and did not respond to me then i re did it and after waiting another 300 minutes i finally got in touch with a person. Like wtf EA do they have like 2 people on help support.

Any call support centre sucks. I guess that's just normal.

They rarely get anything done either. I don't exactly have fond memories with contacting them.

as a rule of thumb don't go in there during busy times (ex. when BF3 launched or today with B2K release and massive origin bug). Else, I've found the wait time to be less than 5 minutes, often even less than 2 minutes actually.

I've been there several times and often found them to be fairly helpful. I first went there to get M1 Garand for BC2 and they in there gave me an extra veteran status for a BF game that i didn't even own (must have been a mistake).

The two times I've used support I had 15-20m wait time. It was for the BF3 Dead Space preorder bonus, the first person didn't give it to me because I preordered too early, the second person gave it to me instantly. That's some consistent support there.
