Head over to the Guild Wars 2 site to check out the newest class! The Mesmer has changed dramatically since the original Guild Wars. Still masters of deception, their role and spells have changed entirely.
According to MMOSITE and other sources, closed beta for Guild Wars 2 begins this Friday! Unfortunately, its not for us to partake in... "Since it is not a public test, in fact, it's a friends and family type beta and under NDA so don't expect to see much information coming out. With regard to the application process, ArenaNet explained in the Guild Wars 2 Guru's IRC dev chat, saying that 'We have a studio internal selection process for our Closed Beta that starts on Friday. There will be no public application form.'"
