No more smoke grenades.

Yes, I think we should get rid of smoke grenades. There really annoying when people throw them into stacks and freedamage. Don't get me wrong there are upsides. Like using them for cover ups to sneak up and run. But despite the flaws I think we should get rid of them. Does anyone agree?

There is an issue with the weapon restriction plugin as of right now, it'll be worked out.
Smokes will be disabled again.

Meanwhile please don't annoy anyone with them.
