Hello everyone I know I already Posted a DoD interview today. But I could not resist to post this one. I have also decided to not make them weekly, but to post them as soon as they are done now. That does not mean everyday though. This is probally my best one yet as well because it was my first over steam(Now all my interviewes will be over steam). And In this one I interviewed Dutchoper72. Enjoy!
Hello Dutch How are you doing today?

My first question is How did you find eGO?
I found eGO from my brother which is not in eGO. He found or heard of eGO through PC Gamer Magazine. Then later on i played on the servers. The first server was DoD:s AVA with a guest Pass, then it was TF2 which then Icestyles got me into eGO.
Wow thats cool. I never knew eGO was in a magazine.
My next question I can probally already guess but what is your favorite thing about eGO?
Well there is alot. I mostly joined because I was always playing video games. I started doing this with the sega. Video games are a big part of my life. What i fell in love with is not only does eGO deal with video games, but with the community. The reason i stuck around dealt with the people in the Flash server. Capt. Kirk i met who was funny and was not your typical guy. He hung around with Jimmy Kudo's Brother who is not only odd, but I really got to know. Semper and Chocolate Villian i never knew well, but we became friends. Then Capt. Goomba, oh man that was funny how i met him. He was making fun of a pubbers name and made kirk almost pass out with laughter. I then kinda hung out there. That was my favorite part. Not hanging around in vent or playing on other servers like AVA because of its high rank, but because of the personiality of that 1 server. Sure i like vent and the other servers, but i never feel the way i do on Flash.
I know what you mean man. Flash was the first map I played on when I joined eGO.
Flash is the only map i want to play on for dods.

Well I know that there were some great stories on flash with the night crew. But I have to ask which story would have to be the best?
Well now it would have to be with Kerak. I played with him for about 7 hours in one sit down. He made over 1,000 kills and I only had 700, but that was with the sniper because I never used the Thompson when i fist started playing dods. It was always the MG, Sniper or Rocket. That was also the time i met a second flash crew which was made up of kerak's friends which included Troy. I later became his Wingman when i picked up the Thompson because I was the only one who could keep up with him. A lot has happened over Flash. Many stories and vent conversations took place. Some i can not discuess, but they were very good and when i was in the vent discussions i met JoeBoo who is a great guy. Most of the stuff that came out of his pie hole was pure awesomeness. Like i said though there are many stories.

Well you mentioned that you used a couple of weapons before you went to the spray-n-pray Dutch that we all have come to know and love. But out of all of those weapons which one did you enjoy using the most?
Well i really fell in love with the Thompson, but before that it was the Rocket. Sitting up top in the 2-story and Blowing people up when they exited the Hotel was fun. I used it really well and I could go through a carbine mag in under 5 seconds which was with the Novint Falcon I won from eGO.
Nice, I remember when you won that. You liked it at first but after a while you could not stand it.
With the novint falcon you have to relearn everything all over again. Movement was a pain with it. The recoil was cool and the faster fireing. I Still use it from time to time and do ok. I prefer the mouse because I'm too lazy to plug-in the Falcon.
You mentioned kerak, but idk if he is the answer to this question. Who is your so called "DoD Arch-Nemesis"?
Hmm i really do not have one to be honest. I can fight back and win from time to time. I have Dominated 99% of the top players at least once. I have stabbed Blue stealth a lot of times with so-called "shameless" means and i have out sniped Sumac. If it was to be anyone it would have to be Chocolate Villain just because he could gernade me just about any where on Flash. He ranks just over Kirk who comes in second because i could hardly ever beat him to a pulp. If i did he would take me off his friendslist and yell at jimmy for being AFK with the MG.
Yeah good ol Kirk. I remember him yelling for Jimmy to come to his tree a few times lol.
Yeah jimmy was always in another "zone" if you know what i mean.
Yeah I know what you mean. Kirk also had the weirdest scream you ever heard whenever he was sniping and a random nade came out of nowhere.
lol it was very funny though, but it did get people to move out of the way.

Well we all know about your Christmas themed Flash that you made. And to anyone that is reading this and has not yet played Xmas Flash go check it out on the flash server its a great map. But my question is where did you get the idea to make a Xmas Flash?
Well flash has lost a lot of people to other games and most people moved on. I made one in hope to get some of them back and in which it has. This is how you could say is a way of getting Flash back to its rank of 80 back in the day. I only saw it once where it got to place 67.
Yeah Flash is a home for you, and me, as well as many other DoD Players. And I really appreciate what you did to try and get Flash back to its glory days.

Haha its no big deal I was just messing with you. But on to my next question what is your best realism story and why?
Well i have two where I was the Hero. The first one takes place on omaha and had to deal with a boat. I hid in that boat for 15 minutes. Where most of the people died within 5 minutes. It was very funny, but sure Blue got really Pissed, but when does he not get pissed when it involves me and hideing? The other took place on Jagd or however you spell it. It was done to me and Ravage. Ravage went down and i picked up his Thompson. I was hiding by spawn watching the stairs from the backside. Were in turn i killed 13 axis troops with Blue being the last. There were 14 axis, but the Rocket Tk'd one of his own. It was really funny because none of the axis looked behind them to see me prone with my Thompson, they thought i was at the top of the stairs.
Haha those are two great stories Dutch. I advise that you tell blue in advance when he gets to this part of the interview to just skip over it lol.

Lol I remember stories being told about you hiding in the boat, but I was not there for it. I wish I was.

Yeah, I bet there was lol. Well On to my final question what does your screen name stand for and why did you choose it?
Well I had 2 nicknames. I had The Flying Dutchman from school because i was very good at running and I had Trooper as my screen name when I played unreal tournament. I combined the 2 and put my favorite number at the end. I then fixed it a bit to where it was a predator quote. A certain "Get to the choppa". Noxx was the first person to get my name and thought it was funny.
Wow thats pretty creative I would have never guessed that.

Yes always be who you are. I'm a kid in a grown ups body. I do things that should not be done like having a Rocket Battle with Sumac during Pistol's only or argueing for no reason because I like to argue. I do it to my mom and she thinks its funny because she says i could be a politation. eGO has a future that is always changing. Stick through it and i'm sure you will make friends. Just watch out for Blue and sumac, they love being sarcastic.
